ENERGY-HEALING SESSIONS

I’m a student in Alberto Villoldo’s Healing the Light Body School, which teaches energy healing in the ancient tradition of the Inca shamans. It’s a two-year training program that requires students to gain experience by conducting no-charge practice sessions on individuals who are interested in energy healing.The Inca shamans believe (like many ancient cultures) that life energy extends beyond the physical body, and that the "energy body" is the right place to start healing.The process works solely on the participant’s energy body: it involves no physical contact, except to support the head. As a student practitioner, I cannot predict that healing will occur, but people typically have at least a deeply relaxing experience.
